Cognitive Behavioural therapy​ is a brief therapy.  CBT is proven to treat a number of conditions including anxiety and depression. Treatment sessions run for approximately 1 hour on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.  6 to 12 sessions may be required.

Eye-Movement-Desensitisation & Reprocessing is primarily used for the treatment of trauma.  It is now widely used for a number of other conditions including Obsessive compulsive Disorders (OCD).  Treatment sessions run for 1.5 hours on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.  This treatment is sometimes used in conjunction with Cognitive behavioural therapy as they compliment each other and it can speed-up recovery time.

Dialectical behavioural therapy​ teaches emotion regulatory skills to those who experience extreme emotions in their lives.  This therapy can be delivered in a group or individual setting. Sessions last for up to one hour.

There are four components within DBT where skills are built upon.  They are Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation and  Interpersonal effectiveness.
